Modeling exam

This was for our 3d modelling and texture exam (basic)

We had a limit of 300 Verts for the well and were only allowed to use 512x512 size for the maps.

This is my result:

Our new Project will be a Starship Dogfight Multiplayer game.

It will be made with the Unreal Dev Kit.

I made a Planet shader alongside a tutorial by udkTutorials on youtube.

Virus 100

Every Semester theres a project to be done at the Games Academy.

We had the task to create a Computer game with classical elements.

Our team of 3 students decided to create a mixture of Space Invader and Pong.

Team Chaos Pixel was

Matthias Reinhardt: Programming

Achim Wirth : 3D Art & Animation, Character Concepts

Daniel Dargatz : 3D Art & Animation, Environment

We started at Christmas 2009 to work with the Unreal Dev Kit.

It was an awesome Experience and our next Semester Project will be also with the UDK.

Game: Virus 100

The player slips into the role of an antibody defending the human body of invading viruses.

Its a multiplayer Co-op game

This is the first 3D modell I ever created with 3ds Max (and 3ds Max is the first modelling tool I`ve ever opened)

It is a scythe, hopefully you can see... We have done this in 3d modelling basics class at the head of Sascha Henrichs (http://saschahenrichs.blogspot.com/)
That was somewhen in octobre 2009.
